Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP partners Jeffrey M. Eilender and John M. Lundin represent Mario Lavandeira, better known as celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, in a trademark infringement action against the operators of a rival web site. The suit, filed in New York, asserts that the web site perezrevenge.com infringes the intellectual property rights of Lavandiera's perezhilton.com.
